General Questions

  • There is a short course evaluation that will be sent to you via email. Once you complete the course evaluation the certificate will be emailed to you within 48 hours.

  • If you are trying to register more than four students for a single class, please add the appropriate number of students who wish to register to your cart and proceed to checkout. Parker CPE will reach out to you after you place your order to get the additional information for the other students.

  • Yes. Simply send an email to parker@parkercpe.com and include your desired course/date, student name(s), student email address(s), and your billing address. You will get a confirmation email, and we will send you an invoice.

In-Person Courses

  • Our NASBA number for group live courses is 166950.

  • All individuals who have registered for either the prep course or the exam will be notified about the exact location at least 30 days prior to the exam date. We understand the importance of having this information in advance for logistical purposes, and we're committed to ensuring you have ample time to prepare.

  • Full refunds will be granted if the student requests a refund 5 business days before the course. No refunds will be granted after this time.

  • Registration for in-person courses will close 30 days prior to the scheduled course start date. However, due to last-minute cancellations, a couple seats might become available shortly after the 30-day window.

Virtual Courses

  • Unfortunately, our virtual courses do not earn NASBA CPE. However, they do meet the requirements of the Yellow Book for CPE. Most State Boards of Accountancy will also accept this class to meet CPE requirements.

  • Full refunds will be granted if the student requests a refund 5 business days before the course. No refunds will be granted after this time.

CRGA Exam Prep

  • Prep course participants will receive a CPE certificate indicating that they have earned up to 24 Yellow Book CPEs.

  • Yes, you will be shipped a copy of the study guide in-advance so you can begin your journey.

  • It’s anticipated that the exams will be offered in-person quarterly.

  • In the future we hope to offer the prep classes and the exams virtually but the challenge is maintaining the integrity of the exams remotely.

  • Registration for the exams will close 30 days prior to the scheduled exam date. However, due to last-minute cancellations, a couple seats might become available shortly after the 30-day window.

  • There is no strict annual CPE maintenance requirement in terms of credits. However, we have instituted an annual self-assessment. This assessment is designed for professionals to reflect on their learning needs, set goals, and plan their educational activities for the upcoming year. We believe this approach helps individuals identify strengths, areas needing improvement, and any emerging interests. It’s a reflective process geared towards promoting continuous professional development tailored to individual needs.
